Note: If the payment is made by any method other than Credit/Debit Card, kindly share the Proof of Payment within the next 24 hours of registration.

Please Note:

• All Charges mentioned above are inclusive of 18 % GST
• Trainee category includes Undergraduate, Post Graduate, Rheumatology Trainees (Please produce College / Institute/ Hospital ID)
• Conference entry is allowed only for registered delegates ( either for the conference or workshop or both). No exemptions to this will be entertained

Cancellation Terms:

• Cancellation: 50% of registration amount (excluding GST) will be refunded for cancellations till 31st Oct 2024. No refunds will be entertained after 31st Oct 2024.
• Conference Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify the registration / cancellation charges, as deemed necessary in untoward circumstances

Registration fee includes:

• Delegate conference Kit.
• Full access to all scientific sessions.
• Access to the Exhibition area.
• Lunch on the conference days, inaugural dinner and gala dinner.

Registration fee does not include:

• Workshop registration
• Travel and Accommodation
